01Do I need a license to rent a scooter in Bali?
For a scooter under 150cc, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended — police checkpoints sometimes ask for it. If you don't have one, ride carefully, always wear a helmet, and stick to local roads. We don't require a license at pickup, but how you ride is your responsibility.02What deposit do I need to pay?
Zero cash deposit. We never hold your passport. We only take a photo of any photo ID — passport, driver's licence, or your country's ID card.03What's included in the price?
Two helmets, a phone holder, and basic third-party insurance (legally required in Indonesia). The price you're quoted is the total — no fuel surcharge, no cleaning fee, no surprise extras.04How does delivery and pickup work?
We can deliver the scooter to your hotel, villa, or anywhere in Bali. Delivery fees depend on your area — message us on WhatsApp with your location and we'll quote you on the spot. End-of-rental pickup is offered the same way.05What if the scooter breaks down?
Every BBB bike runs on a strict 2,500 km service schedule, so genuine breakdowns are rare. If anything goes wrong, WhatsApp us — we'll bring a replacement scooter to your location as fast as we can.06How do I pay?
